The
Bacigalupi Vineyard: The Bacigalupi vineyard is situated along Westside Road region of the Russian River Valley, outside the town of Healdsburg. Situated on a western bench, Helen and Charles Bacigalupi have been recognized for growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for well over 30 years along with other world class neighboring producers, including Rochioli and Williams-Selyum.
The Vintage: The 2005 vintage in the Russian River Valley was old world in nature. A cool spring was followed by a summer of moderate temperatures and a harvest season ideal for the Burgundian varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
